How to begin
We, at Diamond Divine Design Event Planning Agency, look forward for an opportunity to create a signature event for your special occasion.

Our first initial consultation will be held in one of our relaxed private meeting rooms (and enjoy a complimentary beverage) or via Zoom.

During this initial meeting, will will openly discuss your dream vision you have for your event and address questions you may have. Prior to our consultation, you will receive an email with a preference form and questionnaire to be filled out and returned by the initial consultation.

Once we discuss the overall vision and needs of your event, we will review the planning packages and additional services that are available to help customize and accommodate your specific event. This is a great time to ask any questions or concerns you may have.

At the end of the consultation, you will receive a resource packet with contact information and helpful handouts. These will include tips, questions for vendors, checklist, marriage license requirements, party service ideas and more. Your packet is to help you determine if our coordinating services are a perfect fit for you and your event.

Lastly, you will receive a proposal the following day containing a custom quote pertaining to the information gathered at the consultation. We want your special day to be perfect!

We will hold your event date for 5 days after the initial consultation. Granting you time to determine if Diamond Divine Design is the right fit.
